It’s hard to believe Jeff Smith’s Bone has been around 20 years!  It makes sense though when I realize I read it as a kid.  Jeff Smith is an inspiration to anyone making comics and he is one of my greatest influences in making self published books.  Trust me, it would have been a lot easier to take Two Italian Guys to a publisher.  There is something to be said about doing it all on your own… it’s a ton of work, ask Jeff.
For the 20th Anniversary of Bone, Jeff is making a huge full color one volume edition.  This is, of course, quite expensive to produce and the price reflects that at $150!  I have the black and white hardcover one volume from several years ago and this is going right next to it.  It makes a great Christmas gift for lovers of fine comic books (hint hint).  Hit this link to save a couple handfuls of money on this must have edition of Bone:
