This is Teddy the Porcupine eating corn while speaking what seems to be a mix of Ewok and Jawa languages from Star Wars.  It’s now believed that porcupines may have mastered space travel well before the rest of us here on earth, but since corn was in short supply during the early phases of our planet their main source of both rocket fuel and food simply could not support both needs.  Eventually porcupine civilization descended into ruin as space travel took a back seat to basic survival.
